The Aggies were in trouble.
That is, they had a double digit-point lead in the second half; recent trends would suggest a collapse was impending.
This time the Aggies bucked the trend. Rather than stepping in it, they stepped on the throat and romped to a dominant 63-48 Southeastern Conference basketball victory over Alabama Thursday night.
