The field is beautiful but for the folks in the new South End Zone the lack of an escalator for older fans and the total lack of concessions is very disappointing. My neighbor went for drinks before the game and spent over 45 minutes in line. I went down to one of the corner concessions and just gave up. Also the restrooms were cramped and hot compared to the ones in the north end end.
