Don't know what I was expecting when I started watching his intro and wasn't planning to watch it in it's entirety, but this man has a manner about him that projects both confidence and competence. I found it very easy to listen to him and wound up watching the full intro & press conference. He really seems like the real deal and I'm excited to see what he can do!
Appreciate the props he gave all around to both our institution and the one he left.

Well I'll say this, IMO Mr. Alberts first press conference was much more impressive than Ross Bjork's.
It will be interesting to see what improvements and changes he makes to A&M athletics.

It appears he is here to get stuff done and not just draw a big check. Big improvement over Bjork.

Well, we will get to see first hand how well he runs this heavily subsidized business called college athletics that looks more like a social welfare program with generous donors.
I wish him and the General the best of luck and hope they have a long and successful tenure!!! Gig'em!!!

I think he's gonna be a solid to outstanding AD. I was impressed at how he handled the Scott Frost situation and the hiring of Matt Rhul. My sons a senior at Nebraska so I've paid attention.
