LSU 24, Texas A&M 19: Offense in Review

By Billy Liucci
October 22, 2012

Aggies' inability to sustain early success was self-inflicted

What went right: A&M jumped out to a surprising 12-0 lead and had LSU’s defense on its heels in the early going. The Tigers looked gassed by the end of the first quarter in which the Aggies racked up 180 yards of offense. They finished with nearly 260 yards at halftime.

On A&M’s first two possessions, just about everything Kliff Kingsbury dialed up worked, including a couple of confusing screens and an option run.
