Distance runners kick off things today! I'm excited to see Kennady Fontenot in the steeple and a few Aggies in the 1500 today!!! At this meet I'm also excited as we all are for the men's 4x800! Let's break the NCAA Record! The record is 7:08.96 set in 1984 by Arizona State! Their splits were 1:47, 1:47, 1:45, 1:48! A 1:44 and 1:46 by Whitmarsh and Farquharson would be huge!!! We will also be doing the distance relay and the sprint relay, as well as, the 4x100 and 4x400! Field eventers will be in Lubbock!

Was surprised to read that Lianna Davidson competed (as "unattached") at the Drake Relays today, and not Penn. Believe she got a PB -- 187-5

In reply to bebhillah Looks like all athletes in that javelin invitational couldn't compete through their school, so all competed unattached!

Another Pr for Jonathan Chung in the 5000 with a 14:08 and Jack Johnston with a 14:20! Really think Chung can get into the 13's this year!

I also wonder what guys are gonna steeple for us this year!
