This is absolutely brutal for me personally - at least three of these are between some of my all-time favorites:

#4 Nirvana Unplugged vs #5 Talking Heads Stop Making Sense
#1 Frampton Comes Alive vs #9 Led Zeppelin Celebration Day
#3 The Allman Brothers at Fillmore East vs #6 Rush R40

Aggggghhhhhhhh!!!!!!! I wish I would have seeded it non randomly now (lol).

And several others are no easy choice either.
#2 Cheap Trick at Budokan vs #7 Bob Seger Live Bullet
#2 Rush Exit Stage Left vs #7 The Who Live at Leeds
#4 Tom Petty at Fillmore vs #12 Bruce Springsteen

Making me pick between Petty and the Boss...

WARNING: I have a deep-seated desire for others to love the Star Wars franchise as much as I do, in exactly the way I do, and get snippy and sensitive and passive-aggressive when they don't.

Yes just check setlist if you aren't keeping up with new stuff. They were great at Powertrip last year. I've seen them 7 or 8 times over the decades.

This is best I've yet to hear. Black Sabbath was extremely loud and smoky at the Sam Houston Coliseum in '76....

Should someone ask who is the most powerful voice on the planet, you can say it ain't Taylor that's for certain.

Whew!!!!

An incredible 4 matchups came down to a single vote difference:
#1 Frampton over #9 Led Zeppelin (CD)
#9 Pink Floyd (Wall) over #1 AC/DC (92)
#8 Dire Straits over #16 McCartney
#2 Cheap Trick over #7 Bob Seger

And all double digit seeds lost.

Here are the results and the next round matchups:

In the bands with multiple albums:
Led Zeppelin won 2/3
AC/DC lost both
Pink Floyd won both
Iron Maiden lost both
Johnny Cash split 1/1
Rush split 1/1

Leaving us with only Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd having 2 each.
