I wouldn't be surprised if in the very near future, liberal universities will devise special programs in agriculture just for PoC's and then get academic advisors to push PoC's into the program. The left would pat themselves on the back for creating new opportunities for blacks and hispanics to get back out there and pick cotton and call it something like "minority empowerment".
