Testing showed they were actually meth. Counterfeits appear to be getting more sophisticated

One claimed the pills had been shipped in from California, and another claimed they'd come directly from a lab - which, if true, would have probably been a cartel-run jungle lab since the medication in question (Adderall!) is actually not even legal to sell in Mexico.
