I will never fully understand why they weren't bigger.

Bad management, I assume.

In reply to PLUM LOCO I read a biography from them somewhere that said their first manager and label was some rich kid that was using dads money to start a label and didn't know what he was doing

As a result it was bad management that prevented them from bigger exposure
