I'm going with the Strawberry Salad from the HEB Deli area.
It is only $4 but big enough to make two side salads, or add
meat and eat as a meal.
As advertised, there is a large strawberry cut up in the middle
sprinkled with coconut and surrounded by lots of spinach and
various kinds of lettuce plus pecans and dried cranberries.
Comes with an ample packet of balsamic vinaigrette.

I eat a salad from HEB almost every day for lunch. Chef or garden.

Punch it up a bit with a couple of cheese cubes and a handful of pecans.

The price has gone up 25%+ over the past year or so, but it's still a good deal.

Not sure if HEB stopped selling them or just my HEB, but they used to have a HEB branded wedge salad that I really liked.

Just checked online, looks like HEB still has them, so just no longer carried at ours.

I'm beginning to prefer Salad and Go. It's nearly the same price, a bit fresher and there's one between the office and HEB.

I love the Josie's brand Mediterranean Feta Salad kit. I usually add extra feta and chicken to it to give it more protein and make it a meal. I get two salads out of a bag.
