Aggies set to host one of DFW's finest
Road trip to College Station 👀 @KamaurynM— Hollywood Smooth (@imhollywood214) May 3, 2024
Dallas South Oak Cliff 2025 DE Kamauryn Morgan is head to town for a little weekend trip with his father for a little face time with the coaches. He doesn't do a lot of talking and his schedule is pretty packed with AAU basketball also in the mix, but the Aggies have high on his list for awhile now.It sounds like a preseason decision is likely. He already had OVs scheduled to Baylor and USC and I expect the Aggies to also get one in there somewhere this summer.

Texas A&M coaches active in DFW
Monday 12:56 PM UpdateHearing the Aggies are going to be pretty active in DFW over the next few days.As you guys can see they dropped by Lone Star and put a couple of new offers on the table. Hearing Prosper and McKinney are a couple of potential stops.Prosper is home to commit Connor Carty and 2026 OL offer Zaden Krempin and 2026 OL Bryce Gilmore is a guy I could see getting a lot of attention from the Aggies. Coach Cushing also spoke at the DFW OL Coaches Clinic over the weekend hosted by Prosper OL Brian Thompson over the weekend so I bet he has a pretty good idea the talents on that OL.McKinney, of course, is home of 2025 LB target Riley PettijohnOn the southside of town I have been hearing a trip to SOC is in the works. The Aggies have offers out to 2025 OL Emeka Ugorji and 2025 DE Kamauryn Morgan as well as 2026 LB Jamarion Phillips.DeSoto is another stop in the plans with RB commit Deondrae Riden and an offer out to top 2027 WR Ethan Feaster. I'd expect Denton Ryan with OL commit Marcus Garcia and OL target Ty Haywood and Forney with LB commit Kelvion Riggins and 2026 RB target Javian Osborne to see some traffic too as well as schools of several top targets like Mesquite Horn (OL Lamont Rogers, S Markel Ford - 2026, and CB Ryan Gilbert - 2026) and Lewisville (OL Michael Fasusi) to also see some coaches in Maroon and White. We will keep you guys posted as always but it wouldn't surprise me to see a few more coaching stops and even some offers in the area over the next few days. ************Monday 10:18 a.m Updateexas A&M also offered Frisco Lone Star 2027 QB/ATH Karece Hoyt6-2, 200, district newcomer of the year as an all-purpose guy and back-up QB. ***********************************I have been thinking this one was only a matter of time for awhile now and today is the day. Texas A&M has offered Frisco Lone Star ATH Davian Groce. He checks in at 6-2, 190 and has been making big plays for the Rangers since his freshman year. Plays both RB and WR and has come through in the clutch multiple times. He's definitely one of the top prospects in DFW and the Aggies are being very active in Lone Star's 2026 class with offers out to TE Ryder Mix and S Jordan Deck as well. If you want another Lone Star 2026 to watch keep an eye on DL Chris Knauls, JrWOW!!! Around Texas: A round-up of recruiting news in the Lone Star State
High school and college football around the state of Texas are currently going through spring drills and offseason workouts, but recruiting never stops. It is time to take a look at the latest happenings on the Lone Star State recruiting front as the offseason rolls on.

In-Home Visit: Prospects return to Aggieland as spring practice begins
Spring football at Texas A&M is officially underway, and over the weekend, the Maroon & White hosted a number of visitors in College Station. In this edition of the In-Home Visit, Jason Howell and Ryan Brauninger discuss the returns from the prospects who took in practice.
Sunday Recruiting Notes
Let's start with some stuff on some of the visitors this weekend first off Michael Fasusi did indeed end up stopping through Texas A&M this weekend. There was some thought he might since he was with the Cali Power group this weekend and in talking to a few DFW sources it sounds like it was a productive visit for the Aggies. There has been a lot of Texas smoke there, but the Aggies continue to make a strong push with coach Elko and Cushing leading the way. The competition is going to be tough but I do continue to hear the Aggies are a real contender. Anna (TX) 2027 OL Peyton Miller made the trip to College Station this weekend. He received his Texas A&M offer in January and this was his first trip to campus. He was able to meet with coach Cushing and his attention to detail caught his attention. We will have more from him later, but he spoke highly of the trip and practice and overall culture at Texas A&M. DeSoto 2025 edge defender Keylan Abrams does not hold an offer but he has been communicating with coach Bateman, coach Tony Jerod-Eddie, and analyst Alex Garwig. He is a bit undersized and a bit of a tweener at around 6-1, 205, but he is highly productive, explosive, and violent for one of the state's top defensive units. He was the 6A Def POY this year and was a dominating presence from beginning to end He said "I loved A&M. The culture is different now that the new staff is there." Duncanville 2025 OL and Baylor commit Desean Bryant was back in College Station again. He visited for Junior Day before the dead period and he was in town Saturday to watch practice. He mentioned how fast paced it was and how much competition there was throughout the day. He said, "What had most of my attention is how all the guys and coaches want to win. Like they want to be the best team in the SEC." Temple (TX) Lake Belton 2026 athlete Davion Peters was also among those in town. His offer list is already getting long and he kept an eye on the Aggies offense. "The biggest takeaway was their offense," Peters said. "I liked how they have lots of different formations of where the receivers lineup and don't just stick to one side. And I like how there's lots of different opportunities for athletes. The coaches coach very hard from what I seen at the practice and make sure you're doing the little things right." I caught up with a few guys yesterday at the True Buzz The Show March Madness 7-on-7 in DeSoto yesterday. Deondrae Riden was out there hanging around, taking in the sights and it is safe to say he was in the ear of a few targets out there. Red Oak's Taz Williams was one of those out there. He will be in College Station on Tuesday and he has already locked in his OV. The Aggies are definitely a team to keep an eye on in this race. I won't call the Aggies the leader but I don't think they take a backseat to anyone. Coach Wiggins is leading the Aggies' recruiting efforts and has established a strong bond there.Riden plans to return to College Station next weekend for what is already setting up to be another big visit weekend and he will take his official visit the weekend of June 6. Texarkana (TX) Texas High 2026 RB Tradarian Ball told me he does plan to get to College Station this spring. He does not have a date but area recruiter Holmon Wiggins is hot on his trail. The Aggies seem to have some ground to make up there with Georgia and Texas standing out a bit right now. Allen (TX) 2026 CB Lebron Bauer also said he plans to visit Texas A&M this spring. Dallas (TX) South Oak Cliff 2026 OL Brison Ramsey-Brooks said he will visit Texas A&M on March 30. He will be joined by SOC teammates 2025 LB Jayden Shelton, 2025 DE Kamauryn Morgan, and 2026 LB Jamarion Phillips. South Oak Cliff 2025 OL Emeka Ugorji plans to visit April 13 and SOC 2026 WR Jaylen Moore plans to be in College Station for the spring game on April 20.
