My youngest daughter is back living in the US. Manhattan is easier to get to than Shanghai. My older daughter had her first book published. Proud dad. Aggie baseball is on fire. The team is special and fun to watch.

I got new toilet seats from Amazon today. I put the first one on tonight. It was kinda hard to get the old one off and I slipped and fell and made a noise. My 12 year old heard from the other room and asked if I was ok. So I know at least one of my kids will be there for me when I inevitably Elvis on the toilet.

Nut was tight. Slipped trying to get it lose. (We've all been there, right?) Nut is plastic so I didn't want to round it off Toilet is by the glass shower door. Feel into the shower door and leg kicked into the metal trash can. Sounded a lot worse than it was.

Ate some crawfish for the first time in way too long today. It was really good.

Can't wait to get some mountain time with my girls this summer.

I recently started trying to love and respect everyone I see. Overall, I've been a pretty normal guy, but kinda cynical and judgy. Easier to make fun of someone in my head than try to make a human connection. Now I'm trying spread good vibes instead of negative.
