How did all the other states conclude their election already? The problem here is by running the election the way they are in these blue states, fraud CAN be committed. It doesn't matter if they are committing fraud. They ran their election in a way that undermines the confidence that it is fair.

Many people think they did it so they would know how many votes they needed to come up with in a close election. The way they are running it doesn't do much to dispel those concerns. But they didn't care about that because the democrat governors of those states estimated that it would favor their candidates to do it this way.

To get that result on a datadump all 130K of those ballots would have to be presorted either by hand or machine. OR they are fraudulant. Both presorting or ballot creation is fraud. The ballots should always be processed on a first in first out sequential manner. Why presort based on 'Candidate' unless you plan to cheat.
