Possibly the second (if going to insist on JFK was a successful one, will spot it for now) attempted, maybe third if you count the `colllusion coup'. But that is with the same President (Trump) so this should probably be thought of as just a continuation of that. But it hasn't played out. Bush eventually won the recount fight in 2000. We don't know how this turns out yet.

In reply to MikeRoEconomist I think there have been some questionable things going on that at least bear review and correction to restore confidence in the validity of the process and the outcome. People on both sides like to know if they lose, they have lost fairly, and consistent, verifiable and auditable election processes with validated chains of custody of voting day should not be difficult to establish.

Its hit you in the face like a 2x4. There are numerous threads and numerous examples. If even 10 percent are accurate, THERE is the proof. My guess is your standards of proof are far and away unreasonable.

Keep in mind that the standard in civil court is "preponderance of the evidence," which loosely means more likely than not. We have FAR surpassed that in PA, GA and MI at the very least. If you're waiting to see the guy standing over the body with the knife dripping with blood, you won't get that and you won't be persuaded of anything. So why should anyone bother?

The party that said Bush stole Florida even though he was never behind now says it is reasonable to keep counting until all BALLOTS (not necessarily all VOTES) have been counted. They keep using the term ballots intentionally. They don't care what the number of votes are, especially the number of legal votes. It is all about how many ballots they can get counted.

To say I've won legal cases on less evidence is not only right, but the fact is, I've won ALL the cases I've won on FAR less evidence.
