This will have the virtue of dissuading those who might think about trying to overturn the results of election in the future to think twice about doing so.

I live in Arizona and the media frenzy today about this grand jury and abortion is sickening. Makes you wonder how many women will go get knocked up tonight just so they can score Democrat devil points by aborting.

Trump has a winning court record for those election cases that actually went through the full hearing with evidence presented and arguments made and a verdict rendered.

Most of the "losses" were judges bailing out by taking the no standing or too early/late to file excuses or other technicalities and weren't rules on the merits.

Would the defense's discovery process require access to all ballots and records for the election to allow the ability to prove who really won the election?

Court ruled H.B. 2023 had not been passed with the intent of racial discrimination.

Ward v. Jackson - Trump Lost
Plaintiff alleged that there were issues with verifying voters' signatures on mail-in ballots, illegal votes, and that the ballot-tabulation machines had duplicated some votes in favor of Biden. Court ruled that the evidence did not demonstrate fraud or misconduct.

Arizona Republican Party v. Fontes - Trump Lost
Plaintiff requested hand count sampling of ballots from precincts, rather than vote centers. Court dismissed after hearing oral arguments.

No, actually what I'll be just fine with is an election where we can be assured that the only voters are citizens, that the actual people who are registered to vote are the ones that vote, and that there is a verifiable record of the process, the chain of custody of ballots, and the authenticity of ballots cast.
