Charpie said we could use some api tools that are downloadable to accomplish this but I still don't know where to start.

I'm looking for the simplest way to do it...doesn't even have to be automated. If we could somehow take a csv file or something and then push it through somehow to their site (no idea if this even sounds right) so it's semi-manual that would be fine too.
I am not a tech guy by any means but if someone who knows how to build this out would be interested in freelance/consulting work, we'd love to work together.
