Any help as to what is going on in BCS during this time as to why Firemans week would move?

I know TAGS (Texas Age Group Swimming) meet is this time, but the website makes it seem like students and teachers? Trying to reserve rooms for this, and hitting some road blocks.

The US Track & Field Junior Olympics are in BCS July 22-28. Industrial is the week before that so that may be what they are referring to.
