Other side of the tracks. Northwest corner. Huge metal building. Anyone know what it is? Almost looks like another indoor sports facility.

Yep. Storage company. They posted a small sign at the Peach Creek exit.

It's a facility to outfit law enforcement/emergency response vehicles with lights, sirens, paint, etc.
