i'll have to try another one soon then. i had one after 6 months or so and it was better then than when it came out, but that might have been its peak.

It'll be funny watching the dipshits scramble for SS bombers

SS bombers are going to be $6 ($0.27 per oz).

Mixing you own - $14 for 144oz ($0.097 per oz).

B..b..b..but the SS bottle has a pretty label!

If people line up to buy the SS bombers it will truly show what a cult-like following St A has.

These bombers are the equivalent of a heat check in basketball.

Monsters of Beer Saturday! Deschutes, Victory, Dogfish Head, and plenty others. Weather looks awesome too. I'll be volunteering and pouring beer, not sure what yet though.

Bought a sixer of New Belgium's Snow Day last night.

I give a solid meh. It's pretty smokey with some chocolate and then brings a nice hop kick.

1 bomber of Rogue Chocolate Porter

Had the Southern Tier Pumpking tonight. Holy crap, it's like a pumpkin pie in a glass!

a high life for good measure? hah holy crap.. if you didn't drink it first, surely it made you realize how bland those macro lagers really are.

Can't remember if I've mentioned it on this thread before, but Harpoon's Oktoberfest is probably my favorite domestic O-fest. It really is fantastic.

Apparently I had eight Sailing Santas yesterday during the game. In case you were wondering, that was about four too many.

If I would have known that about an hour ago, I would have grabbed it so some other poor sap didn't get it.

I put the others in the Elissa sixer... No one REALLY willingly buys Elissa do they?

If they did, they would probably thank you for only have three crappy beers.

Nice work Jetch!

I do not recommend this beer. Flat taste, "fruit" flavor is dull. I'd rather drink a BMC than this.

Brock could have just done this. Wouldn't have cost any more overhead whatsoever... and he coulda just charged another 20% per sixxer.

still cracks me up watching all the dongs on the Saint Arnold facebook shitting themselves over any mention of the 'new' Sailing Santas

"oooh i cant wait to try some"

"sounds awesome, i hope i can get my hands on some!"

i tried the santo last night finally. i gotta say, it wasn't all that impressive. for as dark as it was, i was expecting more "bite."

also tried the karbach wheat, which was pretty tasty. their christmas one was good too.

I'm hitting up the Karbach tour on the 25th, my friends will be selling brats grilled and boiled in Karbach beer.

I get the strange feeling SA is releasing all of these to try and combat all of the new local brews coming out.
jetch17

so the DIPA label looks to be a bomber again, isnt this supposed to actually be a year round brew? why not just do sixers? Im ALL for this, i wish they would just replace Elissa with the DIPA.

"Eleven" ... real creative there...

but youre right, with all the new local craft brew theyre scrambling a bit it seems.

unfortunately id still choose Karbach's Rodeo Clown IIPA over the Divine probably.
