Bringing this back up. I'm needing an independent certified residential property appraiser. Internet search turns up three people in Rockport:

Ronald Durham
William Trigg
Francis Lynch

Does anyone happen to know any of these people or can recommend someone else? Really needing someone independent that is not necessarily one of the property companies.
