Ok Gang,
After much discussion and deliberation, Corey and I have decided to part ways with "Lucky 13".
As many of you know we have worked on this project for many years and documented a lot of it on the Halftrackinfo page. But we have decided its a good time to downsize into something smaller, and we need to sell this to fund our next project.
"Lucky 13" is a 1941 Autocar M2 restored as an M2a1, which there was lots of evidence that it had been converted at some point in its life time. The serial number is M2-13. this is NOT a museum piece, it is a working vehicle and we use it for WWII events and it shows. The paint may have scratches and primer may show underneath the truck and the tanks are eBay 17 gallon tanks and so forth and so on.
If that bothers you, this is probably not for you. But if you want a worker, give us a shout. 65k OBO. As is no warranty, Lubbock, TX. Bill of sale only - No title

Does a TRX count as a ridiculous vehicle? They seem ridiculous to me but I can't eliminate my desire to own one.

Best friend at A&M had one. Beautiful car. He sold it a long time ago when it wasn't sensible as a daily driver anymore.maroon barchetta said:

A gal in my English 101 class in Blocker had one of these. The "Risky Business" Porsche. I wouldn't be opposed to driving this around.

If you have watched Seinfeld's "Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee", the episode where he was loaned a '63 Corvette was a waste because he took it to the White House to interview Obama, who oddly enough is not a comedian.
They had to just drive it around the big circle drive. Jerry told Obama to go to the gate and tell the guard that they were just going to drive down the street and back, and the guard wouldn't let him out.
He needs to use that car when he can open it up somewhere.

Honestly, I was part jealous and part offended. The offended part was the fact that in the 2010s, this guy was using it as a daily driver. Also part of my jealousy.
I used to see a guy driving the James Bond Aston Martin in the fancy neighbourhood where my daughters went to swanky private girls school in Sydney.Milwaukees Best Light said:
