I cannot imagine any way in which colostrum would be beneficial for diverticulosis. Also, where are you going to get colostrum from?

Bovine colostrum. Powder form. I mix 1/2 tbs with warm water and drink 2 x per day.
In 6 days I have seen good improvement in my GI tract. Pains I had intermittently on my left side for years have gone away. Several CT scans ruled out any issue such as pancreas etc... Feels like inflammation has abated.
Also feeling more energetic. So I am gonna stick with it.

I am also interested in an update. My latest diverticulitis flare up has been going on for 3 weeks and am looking at all potential solutions.
I am asking my GI about this and L glutamine later today but am still interested in others experience.
