Maybe Bobby Taylor also hanging it up

Separate note, adding a TE is sort of tell-tale if either D Green will not make it back or others are leaving (as many TEs on the roster and expected Watson and Miller and Green to be a solid complement with Platt and Theo there for depth).

Apparently this is allowed to be discussed. But others are not. Weird.

So, am I overlooking a thread on what can be discussed and what can't be discussed on Texags? Too funny if so...

No thread as those have been expunged. Don't even know what you're talking about. We have always been at war with Eastasia.

Don't have the numbers, last week before all this someone on here said we had 90 on scholarship so that means at least 5 needed to go. I know we are still eyeing some WRs, DTs, and OTs in the portal to plug some holes for next season

Maybe it has always been like this. But the situation in CFB seems to have turned in to one of those "be careful what you wish for, you just might get it" type of things. Players wanted essentially unfettered free agency, but now coaches are also able to say, "we just signed someone better. you're out".

Pretty much like the real world now, but didn't think it would ever be so for college athletes. .

Most major programs have always done this, Saban was the king of it but people wanted to play for the king. He would get more commits than scholarships and the players had to fight it out on the field. Now it is just worse for the players since you can have a spot but a transfer can come in and your scholarship is lost.
