This one from 2019?

This is the goal that comes to mind for me when Salah is mentioned. That amazing goal against City is right there too.

My Top 10 Mo Salah Goals for Liverpool:

10.) vs Crystal Palace (2020) An often forgotten goal bs of pandemic times and it was the 7th goal, but a sensational Salah strike into the top corner from outside the box 1:20 mark

9.) vs Man United (2023) the goal that made him Liverpool's top PL scorer. A little biased on this one bc I was there. But I mean, how can you not include a goal from that game, if nothing else, to boast a 7-0 scoreline? Plus, I thoroughly enjoyed Bruno Fernandes getting increasingly frustrated and moaning with every additional goal. 1:26 mark

8.) vs Man City (2022) where Cancelo misjudges the flight of the ball and Salah finishes after a 40 yd sprint

7.) vs Tottenham (2018) where he sits down Davies and keeps the ball despite 4 Spurs defenders and cooly lifts it over Lloris

6.) vs Salzburg (2019) where he scored from an impossible angle at basically the touchline with his non-dominant foot 1:20 mark

5.) vs Man City (2018) where Salah capitalizes on Ederson's miskick and puts it in the back of the net from a good 40 yards out 6:40 mark

4.) vs Everton (2017) when he just manhandled Martina before continuing to weave through the Everton defense and delivering a top corner finish

3.) vs Man United (2020) where Alisson ran the length of the pitch to celebrate afterwards. Poor Dan James had no chance.

2.) vs Chelsea (2019) It's just one of those strikes as a player you know is going top bins the second it leaves your foot.

1b.) vs Watford (2021) where he scores basically the same goal two matches in a row. Unreal.

1a.) vs Man City (2021) which is the definition of poise and control. The way he sits down the whiner that is Bernardo Silva is just the icing on the cake

Well earned draw. Man city are so freaking good. There were times where it seemed like we were incapable of getting the ball over midfield. We undid all of their hard work in one movement.

Yeah, I'll gladly take the point. Felt like we were low energy and lacked sharpness for a lot of the game. Heck of a shot by Trent and some key stops by Alisson and the defense.

There could be an actual title race this year

Great to get a point there. Hope Alli hammy isn't as bad as it potentially looks.

I'm quite happy with this result. Getting a point at City or Arsenal is damn close to a win. Just beat them at home.

Why was Darwin jawing at Pep after the game?

Jota out longer...

Unknown timetable for him right now.

I blame the 1230 kickoff after the international break.

So freakin cool! The wife and I never had the luck of winning the ticket lottery last season. The odds were majorly against us…like 20 to 1 or something. Would be cool to see Newcastle too. My boss lives in Newcastle and has had season tix for over 40 years. It's fun talking EPL with him.

Will Arnett mentioned getting to go to his first game at Anfield on a recent Smartless podcast. Got me all giddy thinking about it.

She's been really itching for it this season. My wife and kids went and did a stadium tour (without me) this summer. I was insanely jealous. This fall she became an official club member and registered in the lotteries. When I happened to notice that the Newcastle game was at home on our anniversary (and during her school break) I mentioned it in passing and she got fixated in that. Then a few months back she messaged her cousins who are always seeming to go to games. They weren't able to turn up any potential tickets.

Last week she got frustrated and was about to buyvtickets through some 3rd party vendor and I talked her out of it because I was worried it wouldn't work like I've heard. Last gasp she messaged her cousin again (the OTHER Jamie Carragher) who has a friend in the club. And then she called me at work today with tickets in the hospitality suite. Changes Christmas plans a bit but should be awesome.

Can't wait to hear about this. This is awesome!

If you've never been, there is just nothing like a European football match. It's such an incredible and different experience. I went to a Real Madrid match last month and it was amazing. I vision Anfield being even more incredible. I've tried to get tickets before, but it's even harder than RM and that was rough! You're living all of our dreams right now!!!!

Trying to squeeze in another game while we're over. Burnley and Everton are away. Really would like to go to Tranmere because my wife's grandfather played for them but they're away as well. PNE is home against Wednesday but I csnt figure out tickets for a neutral.
