Hoping for a thrilling 0-0 draw in this city v arsenal match.

Unfortunately, I think City is going to boat race Arsenal.

I'd actually much rather see Arsenal with today, City is the bigger threat

What were the yellows for for gakpo and gravy?

Gakpos was a ticky tack foul in extra time to stop a possible break. Didn't remember Gravenbachs but he came on at the very end so probably the same

They must have been super tricky tacky because I didn't notice them and there wasn't even a replay. I thought maybe it was a minor time wasting or something.

Gained 2 points on both rivals. Great result.

I would prefer us not give up early goals every match but if we end up winning, I guess I'll take it.

It was a good weekend for Liverpool Football Club. We took care of business on Sunday and since both teams couldn't lose, the Arsenal - Man City produced the most favorable result, a lethargic 0-0 draw.

We have 48-51 days (depending on Europa League progression) left in the Jurgen Klopp era. 11-14 total matches remaining, 9 in the EPL and 2-5 in the Europa League with Klopp having 5-6 matches left at Anfield.

Despite the (imo fluke) FA Cup disappointment, this team continues to have it all to play for. They are in the driver's seat in the EPL and favorites to win the EL. I hope they are soaking it all in and enjoying this last run. Because Klopp certainly looks like he is. There is a calmness about him and this team at the moment and, from the outside looking in, there is joy in the way they play. Klopp spoke to it a bit in his post-match remarks, but they don't ever seem to be panicking. When Welbeck scored early yesterday, I thought "Well, guess we are doing it the hard way today." I never felt that we would draw or lose, it was just a matter of time before we took control. And the shots kept pouring in (Salah had 12 shots yesterday, the most in an EPL game since Zlatan Ibrahimovic in 2017 and I back that guy to score in every game).

What I wouldn't give to be at Anfield on May 19 for that last game at Anfield. Exciting 2 months ahead!

Any injury updates on TAA, Becker, Robbo, Jota, Jones? Can't find anything of substance since Klopp's March 15th update on some of them (being ready after the international break or soon after). Konate was listed as an available sub at least yesterday. Guessing at this weeks pc we will get an update though.

In the presser Klopp said that Jones was close and should be cleared for training this week.

I've read Ibou and Robbo aren't that serious and will probably train soon.

Everyone else is a distance off.

Good to see Curtis available and Robbo too on the substitute list. Hopefully Endo will be ok for Sunday. And I think Jota and Trent may be back training next week with the first team but not sure.

It'll be good to start getting close to full strength. With the lengthy injuries we've had, it's a miracle we are anywhere near the title race:

Players who have missed a significant period of time this season:
- Alisson
- Endo
- Konate
- Thiago
- Szoboszlai
- Salah
- Jones
- Jota
- Tsimikas
- Robertson
- Matip
- Gravenberch
- Bajcetic
- TAA

Just brutal. Never make it easy. Konate hurt again? Can't watch and following a gamecast only. Doesn't show him substituted though.
