I had Carter from that game till we won the WS, the in field celebration from the day after we won until yesterday, and changed it to the parade ceremony yesterday. I do really love that Carter pic though, I'll probably go back to it at some point.

I think we'll be fine. It is interesting they hired him over buck showalter as the runner up apparently. Didn't wash get popped with the powder on a road trip in LA?

Wash is awesome.

Hope he fails miserably with the Angels. Nothing personal against him, but I really don't like that team and they're a division rival.

The Wash-type situations are always interesting to me. I would much rather be an assistant/3B coach for an established team like Atlanta than take a pay raise to go be a manager of a mess of a team in California. I get some just have that desire to be in charge. I guess I just don't have that.

Not trading Shohei at the deadline and instead going the other way and trading for players may have been the dumbest move in all of GM/ownesrhip history.

You could have set your franchise up for years and instead you emptied the cupboard more and will still lose Shohei. It made no sense at the time and it looks even dumber now.
