I still have yet to make the trip. With the baby due next week I wont be able to make it this year.

Had the trip booked in 2016 my senior year, thinking there was no way that team wouldn't make it…

I recommend it whenever you get the chance. Been with my son all 3 times and there's nothing like it. If we go this year, would be his first as an Aggie. It goes by so damn quickly, enjoy every moment you can.

And sweat talk your mom or mil about coming to stay for a days if we make it. No idea when the next opportunity will be, although it's certainly looking like Schloss makes this a more regular occurrence than in my first 35 years of fandom.

My problem is my brother and I are doing the Boston trip in early August and that was the one I was able to sweet talk her into. Probably can't get her to say yes to another one the first 3 months.

I'm thinking about just going next year in 2025 for a weekend regardless of if the Aggies make it

Yep...it's been a remarkable 7 year run. I want to use all the baseball mojo for an Aggie cws run this year. It will take A LOT of mojo to get the Astros back to respectable.
