If runner was on 3rd and scored I'd prolly cut Heim some more slack as it only takes a momentary loss of concentration to allow him to score. Runner came all the way from 2nd though. No different than arguing a call at 1st while a runner comes around to score. Umpire blew the call, but the play was still salvageable.
