The general rule is if a poster asks for services you can provide it's fine to respond you can help.

Spamming the board with your services will get you a strong warning. And if you persist a ban is probable.

One exception is if you advertise your personal property. That is mostly a one off. Just use common sense.

The mods will eventually ask you to modify your signature if you aren't an advertiser. Being able to tag your posts with all your contact info like that comes as a perk for advertisers as I understand it. Let me know if you ever need anything in the D/FW market!
