I texted my realtor - I know she loves her person, and I feel she did a great job on my moms house that was just listed this week.

Let your realtor earn their 3% fee. They surely have a preferred photographer.

If you're still looking, take a look at Hayes Creek Photography. Quite a few residential jobs and have been a great resource in the BCS market.
