Allen + Roth shower cartridge replacement?

Any one ever had to replace one? I am having the hardest time finding one. I bought the fixture at Lowes and they don't have a cartridge replacement. I'm not having any luck on Google/Amazon.

Here's what it looks like:

This is one downside of not going with one of the major players.

Have you contacted Allen and roth customer service, if it exists?
