Our new (to us) house has gutters all around, so that's nice. However, shortly after moving in I realized that the gutters are all set level with no slopes to the downspouts. The result is that I have a few areas that have sagged over the years and now hold water and ultimately overflow during storms. I'm not sure if it's as simple as undoing the brackets/screws and re-installing at a slope as needed, or if there's more to it.

I've got a project list on this house that is already sizable, so I'm willing to hire out some of the more PITA things, especially those that will likely require multiple helping hands working on ladders. If anyone has a recommendation, please share it. I'm on the west side (Energy Corridor) area if that matters.
