Sealed bid for the corner lot at Bitters and West

Any idea what winning bid will need to be and zoning restrictions?

It's the lot next to the 20 million dollar house

Without knowing zoning restrictions would not even guess. Sure hope it's commercial. Residential would not be too enticing.

I've wondered about that myself. Hell, I probably drive past that lot 15 or 20 times a week.

I'd be fine with it staying the way it is, because damn near anything is going to create more traffic on Bitters. Worst-case scenario: apartments.

It says three R-2 lots on the sign.

Almost guarantee it's gonna be apartments.

I really doubt the apartments thing as I doubt the hcv zoning commission is too keen on that. I'm doing some work for one of the guys that is on that board. I'll ask about the mood.

It is zoned residential. Can't imagine the City selling without putting restrictions on it, or coming back to rezone....

You can only build single family on those lots. Each is 4.5 acres. The 2 acre lots in hcv go for about 450k right now
