My daughter in law has had pancreatitis twice and having heartburn again. And recs for a good doc?

+1 for Dr. Guirl. My wife and I both use him.

If the pancreatitis continues and things get more complicated, also highly recommend Dr. Sandeep Patel with UTHSC. My wife has some chronic pancreas related issues that took years to figure out before seeing Dr. Patel.

Thanks y'all. Dr. Guirl wasn't an in network provider so she just found a name with good reviews and booked an appointment with Dr. Zurita, who it turns out is in same practice as Dr. Vezuete so hopefully that's a good sign.

I recommend Dr. Guirl above but I also recommend Dr. Piesman at the same group if he's in network
