My Son is trying to enlist in the Army but came up a few points below what he needed on his TAPAS assessment.

I am not at all familiar with this test.

Any words of advice on what he can do to achieve an acceptable outcome?

Been in the Army for 11 years now and I had to look that up.

The Tailored Adaptive Personality Assessment System (TAPAS) is an innovative talent management tool based on non-cognitive personality and motivation assessment.

TAPAS as a talent management tool allows the Army to expand its pool of eligible applicants without lowering standards.

Looks like a bunch of nonsense. And they wonder why they are hurting in recruiting numbers 2 years in a row
