I've ordered from Jerry's Fish Market in Juneau, AL a few times. Not cheap, but very good. Pike Street market in Seattle will also ship, but I have never bought from them.
I've never ordered from them, but Fish Fixe was founded by two former students (both soccer players).

I like Fish Fixe. We actually just ordered some from them during one of their holiday sales and have gone through about half of it.
Honestly, other than cost, not sure of the cons. Fish you get from these places will be fresher than what you get at HEB.
