We usually buy the prepackaged HEB fajitas and they're ok. WOuld like to try to make some really good stuff though. So give me your rec's!

Marinade, use the papasitos one posted on this board. For seasoning, I like the Fiesta Southwest Fajita, can pick it up at HEB.

I like equal parts Worcestershire & soy, with some tenderizer thrown in too if using mediocre looking cuts.

Cheap Italian dressing, sour orange juice, maggie sauce, season with Bolners or Fiesta fajita seasoning. Easy to do and provides a classic taste.
