Would be nice to have an option to read the previous staff reply. Currently we can advance to the next reply, but not the previous. For example, these latest recruiting threads have 130+ staff replies and if I check the post in the middle of the day, I don't think there is an easy way for me to find earlier posts other than scrolling and scrolling back. Just feedback that hopefully helps the user experience

We like this idea, and its now on our list to implement. Can't say exactly when yet.
