#36 Nolan Stevens

My oldest son's classmate and acquaintance out here in California.

I say acquaintance because my son hung out with the wrestlers. But he went to Nolan's games. They had class together and would frequently talk college baseball and the seasons each school was respectively having.

My son, who became an Ag superfan over the course of his life, would playfully mess with him, letting him know the Ags were going to stick it to him when they played.

Welcome to Aggieland Nolan.

I hope it was everything my son described.

Wait... seriously? The guy who gave up a 1000ft grand slam to our California freshman is himself a California freshman that has been teased about Aggie Baseball for years?

Anyone do a wellness check on him last night? My goodness.

That dude was having a great season before our So Cal lit him up. He still preserved their pen. I'm guessing this is why USC sucks. All of So Cal's top talent playing elsewhere.

Huh? I mean playing other than at USC. I'm glad we are getting So Cal talent.

Stevens needs to have a talk with his pitching coach

according to Schloss in the post-game...

he started Gavin with a curve ball -- that he fouled back

then he threw Gavin another curve ball -- that went over the scoreboard

who's calling these pitches?

Yeah, Gavin was sitting on it. Absolutely crushed.
