Considering the first 2 of Arkansas' runs came on a 5 out inning where the SS and 2B missed routine throws to first and pulled the defender off the bag.

I'm watching LSU at Mizzou (now that they are in a delay in Austin). I'd decided that I was going to go to game 3 of the series tomorrow. Bought tickets to see the Royals instead, but still following today's 'Battle of the Tigers'.

It's a shame they made it to the bottom of the 5th in Austin before the rain hit. Looking at the radar and reading the forecast, I'm not sure they're getting the rest of the game in.

I don't think the 5 inning rule applies in college. Because you only play 56 games, you either play all innings as scheduled (subject to run rule and travel curfews) or you don't have a result.swimmerbabe11 said:

NCAA rule book allows for 5 inning regulation games. Must play full 5 innings or home team ahead at any point (obviously). I think the conference has some leeway in amending these rules, though.
