Howdy, TexAgs!

It's dang hard to believe that May is already upon us, but here we are. And that means things are going to be moving in hyper-speed mode the next few weeks.

For any Aggies graduating this month (or anyone's kids graduating), congrats!

Now we set our sights for two weeks from now, when several worlds collide for what is shaping up to be a pretty epic weekend in Aggieland.

While Troubadour Festival will begin loading in and setting up at Aggie Park starting on Wednesday, May 15, the following three days are massive.

MAY 16-18: THE ULTIMATE BASEBALL SERIES
The college baseball world will be all over the No. 1 Texas A&M vs. No. 2 Arkansas series at Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park. With a regular season SEC championship and the top conference tournament seed likely on the line, you're talking about one of the biggest home baseball series in many years in Aggieland.

I can't wait to see what the total attendance is for the weekend and hear the roars from Blue Bell over at Aggie Park while we set up for Saturday.

FRIDAY, MAY 17: TROUBADOUR FESTIVAL PRE-PARTY

Whether you're going to any, all, or none of the games that weekend, there's a party you don't want to miss happening in historic Downtown Bryan on Friday, May 17.

Destination Bryan's official Troubadour Festival Pre-Party is happening at The Palace Theater featuring the legend Cody Canada & The Departed, Huser Brother Band, and Joey McGee.

If you are or ever were a Cross Canadian Ragweed fan, it's a great opportunity to see Canada play the hits he wrote all those years ago.

And the best part? It's a FREE event for all ages. If you're going to the game, there will be time to head over afterward to catch a lot of the show, which Joey McGee kicks off at 7:30 PM.

Get more details here and RSVP to the Facebook event here.

SATURDAY, MAY 18: TROUBADOUR FESTIVAL DAY

The penultimate day of the weekend: Texas A&M and Arkansas face each other in the last game of the series (and the regular season) at 2:00 PM while the state's biggest and best barbecue and country music festival happens a hop, skip, and a jump away at Aggie Park.

In case you missed it, Troubadour Festival returns to Aggie Park for the second year, this time bringing in 35 of the best barbecue restaurants from all over Texas to sample various, incredible smoked meat offerings while we have live country music on two stages.

Travis Tritt headlines this year's festival, The '90s country icon is joined by Texas legend Pat Green, William Clark Green, The Red Clay Strays, Cameron Sacky Band, and more.

If you've already bought tickets, THANK YOU! Your support means the world to us, and we can't wait for another great year.

Interested in learning more? Click here for more information on tickets, our barbecue restaurants, music schedule, important info, and more.

Our VIP tickets have sold out, but we still have BBQ & Music and Music-Only tickets available for purchase. BBQ & Music tickets include unlimited samples from all the restaurants and all music on both stages, while Music tickets are good for the main stage concert only that starts at 4:00 PM.

Going to the game? With a 2:00 PM start time, that gives you the perfect opportunity to head over to Aggie Park after the game and check out the show on the Wood Stage Sponsored by Optimum. We'll sell tickets online throughout the entire time, or you can buy tickets at the front gate, no problem!

Thank y'all as always, TexAgs, for your support and patronage of this event. We'll see y'all in two weeks at Troubadour Festival!
