Vols taking a chance on a coach who's a proven winner at smaller schools. Will be interesting to see how that translates to the SEC. No doubt she's a good coach but she hasn't had to go up against the big dogs like she'll see in the SEC.

Interesting hire, I don't know anything about her except what was in the press release.
