Alright, who is making plans for 8/12/26?

Iceland would be cool but Spain has the better chances for clear skies.

Seems like a prime opportunity for a bunch of cruise ship companies to offer cruises that run along this path of totality in the sea.

Dude. I would take a leave of absence from work and essentially a demotion to be a watch officer on that ship for free.

After a few days to digest I have to say that is at least a top 5 or better greatest thing I've ever witnessed in person. I was in Batesville, AR and had zero clouds so just over 4 minutes of totality. I was truly awe-struck! Photos and video online doesn't prepare you for the in-person experience. I would do that again in a nano second.

My dad had cloud cover and missed it completely. So sad he missed it. Calendar is marked down for either Gibraltar 2027 (4 minutes totality) or Australia 2028 (5 minutes of totality).
