I'm going to give it another whirl at some point...the bottle I bought on Friday had definitely gone bad. I looked for some kind of bottling date on the bottle, but couldn't find anything. Fortunately, I had another of their chocolate stout in the fridge to make up for it.

Nah, Jetch. I actually opened my own tonight! I saw that on FB though and laughed at the coincidence. My wife's birthday was today so we opened quite a bit of wine (see the goods on the food board). When a buddy showed up a month removed from open heart surgery, we opened the Damnation 23 to celebrate that he can drink again...in moderation of course. We also had the RRBC Salvation.

Ok, so my buddy was moderating his drinking, I went all out. Tomorrow will be painful.

Agmechanic and I hit it up on Friday. It's $7 for the mini pint and $12 for the mini and full pint. By the way, the St Arnolds & Karbach tour back to back may be a bad idea. I'm still trying to remember.

For what it is it's not bad...just burned out on it after it was served at that SA kickball tournament this year...in the middle of the summer

lots of better stouts & winter brews out there this time of year
