NO way that is correct.

Seriously though, Wunderground stations had the high around 93 yesterday. That meteorologist should be fired for idiocy.

Def bogus.
High at this station yesterday was 97.16F and nearby stations topped out at 93-95F.

Except for west Texas it's an isolated outlier. Hell, Houston was low 80s.

That station reading 97 points to the 100 being accurate more so then it does being false.
A 3 deg increase from day to day is nothing. Hell it's gonna be more than 3 deg hotter here than it was yesterday so why can't it be in Killeen?

Looks like it got pretty wild north of Pearland and out towards Richmond earlier. Heard Bellville had pretty big hail and maybe a tornado.

Another hailstorm overnight destroyed Needville. I awoke to cannonfire once it got over here. I just had the rear window replaced on my truck and had to haul ass to get it under cover so it didn't get smoked less than 12 hours after I got it back.
Evening news last night said it would be quiet until Saturday afternoon. Oops

Needville here. 15 minutes of absolute insanity. I'm shocked I didn't have any windows break. We were getting hammered by quarter to golf ball sized hail the whole time. Didn't get a weather alert until it was winding down. Space city weathered said it would be quiet after 7pm. Still haven't fallen back asleep.

We had about 10 seconds of hail in westbury yesterday.
My rain gauge showed 3 inches in it. Guess I should drain it out for tonight.

That was an impressive blast. Cleared up on the West enough to see the moon and stars while there's still lighting to the South and East.

Pretty sure it was an active forecast but I can't recall anything crazy. I don't remember though.
