Why chase away recruits by complaining about the head coach? Regardless of your opinion on Sherman, I suggest we get behind this thing. It has the potential to be a powerful force in today's world.

Maybe respectable, honest, hardworking are some better characteristics for labels.

Guess you're going to have to disassociate yourself with the 2012 recruiting class. They're loving this stuff. And quite frankly, we need a change.

We are definitely progressing as an athletic department, just not so much in the football area

Swag is a little played out but I love the attitude thats behind it....Its what the U had in 90's. They went into every game with the mindset that they were going to win! Just because its a word that rap has drug out..doesnt mean all white people should run for the exits.

We NEED swagger, whether you like it or not.

It's a mindset, and it plays out on the field. Teams that play with it head into a game knowing that a win is a certainty. It's the level of the MF'n beatdown that they live for.

Who cares what they are for as long as they are for it together? For us middle aged white guys to try and tell these kids what they can and can't get fired up about is pretty dumb.

The fact that the incoming class is already united and fired up about coming together is good enough for me.

I like that they are coming in together. I hope it spreads rapidly as soon as they get on the summer field for camp.

BUT...

I am not going to promote a "swag" movement across my university and its supporters. OR anywhere else for that matter.
