Unused since 2021 - since then, kids grew up, divorce happened (decree mandated sale)
Saw trips from Houston to Amarillo (Palo Duro), Monahans (dunes), Fort Davis and various parks and lakes in between without incident or issues
Some minor interior water damage due to roof leaks. Roof has been repaired with RV roof tape. Will need to be sealed.
Some exterior damage lower rear passenger side when it got caught on a truck bumper pulling out of storage space.
Everything is in working order including AC, slide-out, awning, appliances, and plumbing.
Tires are original, so will need to replaced.
Clean title in hand but needs to be registered. I'll get it inspected.
