So who spends more money in full panic mode. Chelsea or United?

I'm trying to imagine Maguire dealing with this Leeds press. Its terrifying.

Tuchel should've taken his game suspension

There is the wanker screaming now

Aaronson.

Dude 2 years ago, was chicken with head cut off wild, crazy, fast but really kind of ugly play. And pretty soft.

Now, scoring goals in Premier League.

Awesome. Can't wait for World Cup

And in the Battle of the unlimited budget sovereign Petro dollar teams, Citeh strikes first.

Only if the asteroid scores in stoppage time.

NewArabia taking it to Man Dhabi.

In 5 years after the Saudi's really pour money into this team these may be the only two viable teams at the top of the league.

I hate unlimited budget sovereign teams. I know PSG is the model that says they don't always work but still. It's not a level playing field.

Just like that Abu Dhabi ties it up.

Thats more Newcastle dropping in intensity than City coming back.

With the multiple influence of state clubs, the league is gonna have to implement a spending cap or it'll lose all viability

Jeebus that didn't look like a red to me

Wow. First time I've seen them take a red card away and downgrade it to a yellow.

I mean that's a red in every league in the world but this one.

Magpies definitely looked gassed in the 2nd half. We'll take the. 1 point

Tuchel is starting to show some A-grade dbaggery. Completely kind of dismissed Leeds performance against his ball club today, basically gave them no credit and kept referring to Aaronson's goal as an own goal. That to go with his antics against Tottenham last week and his refusal to play CP when neither Havertz, Mount nor Sterling are really doing anything. Silly lanky and goofy German l.

Yeah not a good look. Seems like a good manager takes one on the chin, says "I was a distraction this week and didn't have us prepared to play an improving Leeds team. Won't happen again and we move on." Instead it's just sh*tty excuses and d-baggery.

I love watching Leeds play just for the sheer mayhem out there but What Marsch is doing isnt much different than what Bielsa did. It's one thing to play at a high pace and rely on fitness but at some point exhaustion will set in and if you can't sit back, play tight D and rest everyone out there will hit a wall and be done. Not just in a single match but in the season.

ETA of course it's helping today that Chelsea is completely incapable of staying onside.
Marsch's style is different from Bielsa in that it is more organized, group pressing, and the do not mark players man on man, so the defense and CM should not run near as much.

They will need depth, especially up in the front 4, to last a whole season. But yesterday I was most impressed with their second half, how they were able to sit back a bit more, yet still frustrate Chelsea.

I think Liverpool are missing Thiago. Henderson/Milner/new kid are not picking up Fernandes and he is playing maestro with playing forwards in behind.
