Where do y'all go for Liverpool news? I've been going to the Liverpool Echo website for a long time but I feel like the website gives my phone internet AIDS everytime. Pop ups, constantly opening video, and slowly loading images that ruin the ability to read thru most articles without bouncing around.

Bottom line, I want to find another source hahaha

Any suggestions?

This. Athletics podcast (s?) are miles better as well. The echo's podcasts sound like Seamus and Connor recorded them in their basement by sitting around a shared cell phone.

Every-effing-body thought that the offense did not warrant a red card except for the ref and the VAR officials.

This "clear and obvious" threshold to determine whether a call is reviewed or not is so stupid. If video can confirm whether the call is correct or not, what does it matter what the ref thinks? VAR's job is to make the right call and not to make sure that the refs' feelings aren't hurt.

In reply to Unemployed I 1000000000% agree, but I also know that 1) people cover for their own and 2) stupid doubles down.

I'm extremely happy and surprised to see reason prevail. It's not the most common outcome.

He may go next year, but doesn't sound like he's going anywhere unless FSG decides to sell and really wants to piss off even more fans. They can't take many more L's. I can't see them allowing it and Mo already said he was committed this year. Money talks, but he'll get it next year or the next.

I think He and his family likes it in England, his kids learned English and go to school and Liverpool is a lot less crazy than London, Manchester, etc.

They've got to go back to the 4-3-3 for Newcastle. Matip/Joe & Robbo just can't cover the space when Trent inverts. Konate was covering so much space and Matip or Joe just don't have the legs to do that.

I think we need to keep him this year but sell next summer. We cannot at all allow him to leave without getting a fee for him. FSG has been poor at selling players and so many of our contracts get run down to the end. They also don't have unlimited dollars like the other teams at the top of the EPL.

If we got $150M for him in January or next summer, I say take the money and reinvest in numerous targets next summer. We need more money for transfers
