The Scabs at Antones were the ***** I'm buddies with the horn section (Groove Line Horns). They usually play at C-Boy's Heart and Soul on Tuesdays, but are on tour with Zac Brown Band right now.

Been a huge fan of bob's for a long time. Back when I played I shared the stage with him a couple times. Never got to actually know him on a personal level. He was always very very quiet surprisingly. Polite hand shakes and otherwise never said much to anyone. Love his music though. Was listening to some in the car today actually

The Scabs were one of the best live bands in Austin's music history. They played so late youd get home at 4am but my God the talent that was in the crowd especially given how slamming womens privates

He played 3rd Floor Cantina in Bryan a bunch in the early 00's. Always a good show, never knew which band he would be performing as.
